Retail Sales Assistant

We are looking for a creative individual with a passion for customer service and style to join our team in our gorgeous Canberra Showroom on a Part-time basis!!

As a Stylist, your key duties will include but are not limited to;

• Measuring up our clients to ensure a Perfect Fit for both men’s and womenswear.
• Assisting our clients to design garments – help them choose from hundreds of customisation options and premium fabrics.
• Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintaining your customer database to ensure the timely contact of sales enquiries and leads.
• Providing a premium customer experience to all our InStitchu clients.
• Assisting with daily operations relating to overall running of showroom.
• Assisting with all showroom initiatives and events.

About You!

• Previous experience within premium fashion retailer is preferable, but not essential.
• An interest in style, design and product quality.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Positive attitude, personality, energy and charisma.
• A high level of ownership, accountability and initiative.
• Strong people and communication skills - including in-person, email and telephone.
