Retail Sales Representative - Part-time - Opportunity to Make a Difference

Rubra Coffee is an Artisan Coffee Roaster and Tea Importer based in Western Australia. Established in 2004, our driving force is quality and creating a point of difference. We aim to provide the finest award-winning coffee, tea, chocolate and chai to the café, retail and corporate market. We strive to not only maintain our high quality but to also continually develop our range of innovative products in accordance with market forces and consumer requirements.

We are looking for enthusiastic and personable Retail Representatives to join our team. Reporting to the Managing Director, the main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Maintaining relationships with resellers
• Visiting resellers in-store and managing stock
• Ordering stock based on par levels and gaining order approvals from store managers
• Organising in store demonstrations and tastings
• Positioning Rubra stock favourably on resellers shelves
• Exploring new business opportunities & acquiring new reseller accounts

To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate:

• Previous sales experience in retail IGA / Gourmet Supermarkets
• A positive, productive and efficient approach
• Attention to detail and adaptability
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong interpersonal skills with customers.
• A passion for coffee and café culture is a plus
• Current WA Drivers Licence 
• Current police check (National Police Certificate)
• Proficient in written and spoken English
