Room Attendant

We're on the lookout for enthusiastic Room Attendants to become a part of our vibrant team at Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort and Convention Centre. Our resort blends laid-back luxury with playful charm. With over 370 beautifully appointed rooms, a sparkling pool, a lively lagoon perfect for water sports, and a range of delicious dining experiences, there’s always something exciting happening here.

Our world-class Convention Centre welcomes up to 1,500 guests and is a go-to destination for major Australian and international conferences and events. As part of the globally renowned Accor Group, we take pride in offering unforgettable stays and exceptional guest care.

As a Room Attendant, you'll be an essential part of the team that keeps our guest experience exceptional.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

• Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards
• Restocking amenities and managing linen supplies efficiently
• Reporting any maintenance issues or lost property promptly and correctly
• Working collaboratively with the wider Housekeeping team to deliver a seamless guest experience
