The role



We’re seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Housekeeping teams in Part Time capacities at Crown Towers Hotel. 



In this role, you’ll provide elevated experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

• Day to day turnover of rooms including cleaning the bathroom, changing linen, vacuuming and restocking of amenities
• Ensure that Crown's polished 5-star standards are on full display and promptly report any maintenance issues during your shift
• Respect guest privacy and provide joyful customer service experiences

About you

You’ll bring the following:

• Previous Housekeeping experience (4-star and 5-star experience highly advantageous) or commercial cleaning experience
• Be available to work across a 7-day rotating roster; weekend availability is a must
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate within large multicultural teams
• A keen eye for detail and an open attitude to receiving feedback
