The role

Crown is the ultimate destination for luxury, with our three established hotels: Crown Towers, Crown Metropol and Crown Promenade offering unique experiences for all guests.

We’re seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join the Crown Metropol Housekeeping team. 

In this role, you’ll provide elevated experiences through your genuine care for guests as well as:

• Assist with the smooth and effective day to day operations of the Housekeeping Department, including cleaning the bathroom, changing linen, vacuuming and restocking of amenities.
• Ensure that Crown's polished 5-star standards are on full display and promptly report any maintenance issues during your shift.
• Respect guest privacy and provide joyful customer service experiences.

About you

You’ll bring the following:

• Previous Housekeeping experience (4-star and 5-star experience highly advantageous) or commercial cleaning experience.
• The ability to work Part Time across a 7 day rotating roster
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate within large multicultural teams.
• A keen eye for detail and an open attitude to receiving feedback.
