About the Opportunity:
The Sales Cadet position at Burgess Rawson offers a comprehensive training program in commercial property sales. As a cadet, you'll be involved in various aspects of the sales process and will have the opportunity to develop your skills for a long-term career in the field.
Key Responsibilities Will Include:
Assistance in Property Listing:
• Prepare submissions and information for the Sales Executive.
• Prepare key data and information on opportunities including analysing historical data to provide guidance to the agent in the listing.
Assistance in Property Sales:
• Become proficient in database management including logging all enquiries.
• Draft Information Memorandums including key lease details, location and tenant details.
• Research unique selling points and coordinate marketing.
• Field all enquiries on the property, referring key enquiries to the Sales Executive.
• Understand major factors influencing the sale.
• Complete title & environmental searches as required.
Maintain Company Knowledge Base and Contacts:
• Analyse data from the database to identify trends.
• Assist in the preparation of articles and thought leadership reports.
• Maintain the CRM for the Sales Executive.
About You:
You’ve eager to kick start your career with Australia’s leader in the commercial property sector. You’re ready to get your hands dirty and learn!
• Completed your Agents Representative Certificate.
• Fluency in Mandarin is a must
• Available to work on Tuesdays and Thursdays
• Ideally have completed or currently studying a Bachelor of Property or similar degree.
• High skill level in Microsoft Suite specifically Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Take pride in having expectational organisational skills.
• People person with strong and confident communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ambitious go-getter, that is goal focused and team minded.
• Doesn’t overlook the detail.
• Passionate about property and real estate!
