Sales & Campaign Coordinator

Must have for the role:

  • QLD Real Estate License with experience in property transactions
  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly regarded; full training will be provided for the right candidate
  • Excellent organisational skills with demonstrated time management and ability to multi-task
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and a strong work ethic
  • Highly effective communication skills, customer service and a positive “can do” attitude 
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software
  • Immaculate presentation and professional demeanour

The role:

  • Meet and greet clients, both face to face and over the phone
  • Manage communication with clients and other stakeholders
  • Provide all necessary administrative support in the listing and selling process, including preparation of open home packs
  • Updating tasks, notes and ownership across digital platforms and CRM to ensure contact information and feedback is up to date
  • Communicate to Buyers to update/determine their buying requirements and offer assistance
  • Conduct comparative market analyses and assist in property listings
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, document control, data entry, and maintaining a client database
  • Managing Hayleigh's prospecting plan with various software tools

  • This role is flexible hours and would suit someone wanting 12-20 per week (must be available to help with Open Homes on Saturday morning)
