Sales & Campaign Coordinator
Must have for the role:
- QLD Real Estate License with experience in property transactions
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly regarded; full training will be provided for the right candidate
- Excellent organisational skills with demonstrated time management and ability to multi-task
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and a strong work ethic
- Highly effective communication skills, customer service and a positive “can do” attitude
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software
- Immaculate presentation and professional demeanour
The role:
- Meet and greet clients, both face to face and over the phone
- Manage communication with clients and other stakeholders
- Provide all necessary administrative support in the listing and selling process, including preparation of open home packs
- Updating tasks, notes and ownership across digital platforms and CRM to ensure contact information and feedback is up to date
- Communicate to Buyers to update/determine their buying requirements and offer assistance
- Conduct comparative market analyses and assist in property listings
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, document control, data entry, and maintaining a client database
- Managing Hayleigh's prospecting plan with various software tools
Hours offered:
- This role is flexible hours and would suit someone wanting 12-20 per week (must be available to help with Open Homes on Saturday morning)
