Inline Cabinetry is a fast growing cabinetmaker located in Bayswater, Victoria. We complete jobs Victoria wide for private homes and commercial clients. Kitchens, bathroom vanities, laundry cabinetry, robes, home office- you name it!

We are looking for a vibrant sales/admin assistant to join our expanding team. This opportunity will have you learning our sales process and working to support our sales and admin staff.

Our ideal candidate will a fast learner, be motivated and enthusiastic, and be able to work well both independently and within a team.

As the position revolves around customer service, its essential that you are confident speaking with clients.

This is a part time position (25-30 hours per week)- hours negotiable for successful applicant. You would also be expected to be available to relieve staff on annual leave.

Job Description:

  • Provide assistance and consultation to customers visiting the kitchen showroom.
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide information on products, pricing and services.
  • Assist customers in choosing cabinetry designs- Materials, colours and finishes.
  • Maintain showroom cleanliness and organisation for optimal customer experience.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as managing customer appointments, queries and emails.
  • Provide a professional and welcoming atmosphere in the showroom.
  • Reception duties- Answering phones, greeting clients for appts and offering refreshments, greeting supplier reps when they drop in etc.
  • General administrative tasks as required.

Your Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales or showroom environment preferred but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients.
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen design concepts, materials and trends is beneficial.
  • Organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
  • Proficiency in basic computer software.
  • Cabmaster is our software of choice- basic knowledge is beneficial but not essential as we will teach you.
