Applicants will need to possess the following to be successful:

• Previous housekeeping supervisor experience or similar is preferred.
• Must have current drivers license
• Must be located in South Australia.
• Must be available over a 7 day roster.
• Availability to work during the day, weekends and public holidays.
• Reliable and honest with the ability to work alone and within a team.
• Exceptional customer service skills and command of the English language.
• Excellent standard of grooming & personal presentation.
• A "can do" attitude and high level of ownership of issues.

This position works on a 7 day rotational roster & will include most weekends.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $27.00 – $62.00 per hour

Rate varies depending on previous experience

Responsibilities include:

• Assist the Executive Housekeeping Manager in leading the Housekeeping team.
• Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Manage housekeeping supervisors, ensuring effective leadership and communication within the team.
• Execute additional duties as assigned by the Executive Housekeeping Manager.
• To be responsible for coordination and monitoring the activities of Housekeeping Department.
• To develop training program and train the staff to be multi-skilled.
• To perform the other duties assigned by Management.
• Prepare daily room attendants boards and conduct staff morning briefings.
• Maintaining a level of servicing in guest apartments and rooms.
• Checking quality of housekeeping service and attention to detail.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of public areas.
• Oversee the effective and efficient operation of the hotel in-house laundry.
• Preparation of accommodations for guest arrivals & Liaising with guest reception.
• Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Management of Keys.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $27.00 – $62.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
