Senior HR Advisor Remuneration & HR Systems

We’re a great Australian success story, having rapidly grown to become a major player in the global lithium market.  Our Pilgangoora Operation is one of the largest, hard-rock lithium operations in the world and we’re expanding production capacity to accommodate the long-term demand in lithium, powered by the transition to clean energy.

THE OPPORTUNITY: 

Based at our newly renovated West Perth office and reporting to the HR Manager, Corporate, this role will be accountable for all aspects of HR Systems and analytics, generalist HR support to the team as well as coverage of remuneration support.

This is role is offered as a job share between two participants each working 3 days per week (0.6) FTE.  This role (of the two) will have a focus on HR Systems and provide support to remuneration.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

HR Systems

• Research and identify new potential systems to support and streamline HR processes and improve stakeholder engagement
• Design and implement new system roll out
• Delivery of implementation, integrations and optimising HR Systems to streamline processes and to ensure accurate and consistent data availability.
• Provide guidance, support and education to the HR team on our current processes and systems
• Draft any relevant policies and procedures to support HR systems and seek relevant approval for roll out
• Provide coaching and education to the leadership team on HR systems

ABOUT YOU:

• Minimum 5 years experience in an HR or HR Analytics role, ideally with a working knowledge of a range of HRIS, including implementation, management and optimisation of systems
• Solid understanding of HR practices and processes
• Advanced excel and analytical skills including experience with PowerBI
• Understanding of remuneration and benefits best practice
• Knowledge of HR organisational policies and practices
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
