As a Senior Remuneration & Benefits Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping frameworks and initiatives that enhance fairness, equity, and organisational capability through best‑practice reward structures.

Your Opportunity
A unique opportunity for a part-time (3 days per week) remuneration and benefits expert to drive strategic reward projects, use leading technology, and shape Anglicare’s total rewards offerings.
In this specialist role, you will focus exclusively on remuneration and benefits, with no payroll or enterprise agreement responsibilities. Working within a simple benefits structure (no bonuses or packaged items), your key priorities will include:
Accurate benchmarking for 750+ salaried staff
Leading job evaluation and grading to ensure consistency and market alignment
Overseeing fair and equitable remuneration decisions
Managing annual remuneration reviews
Delivering all required reporting and compliance, including WGEA and salary survey submissions
Engaging effectively with stakeholders to ensure appropriate salary outcomes
Building and managing relationships with benefits providers
Collaborating with the Continuous Improvement team and supporting BAU remuneration activities
This is a chance to shape, refine and enhance remuneration practices from the ground up. You’ll enjoy strong strategic visibility across the organisation and contribute directly to our FY26 People Strategy priorities.
What You’ll Bring
You are a collaborative, strategic thinker who thrives on making a meaningful impact. You bring:
Deep expertise in remuneration and benefits frameworks
Proficiency with Tier 1 HRIS systems (Workday highly regarded)
Strong consulting, influencing and stakeholder management capabilities
Relevant tertiary or postgraduate HR qualifications
Experience using large-scale platforms such as Workday or Chris21
