Benefits: Free Access to SAP Learning Hub & Delta certification About the role: The Systems Analyst – HRIS will contribute the delivery of the People and Safety strategic direction and create a workplace of the future building high levels of trust whilst delivering exceptional employee and candidate experiences.
This Systems Analyst – HRIS will:
Ensure systems are being leveraged to their full potential, respond to system enquiries, maintain data integrity and will be a key contributor to the development and maintenance of the PeopleCentral Administration Framework that will ensure effective systems and data governance. Responsible for regular system analysis and provision of insights on system performance to strengthen the change management prioritisation process, lead the reporting function/opportunities including rollout to the wider team. Responsible for the investigation, implementation and management of best practice IT solutions to support the People Systems function, including (but not limited to) helpdesk/service desk solution, change management platform, data integrity and auditing tools both for PeopleCentral and CHRIS21 integration analysis and will develop skillsets to be the specialist for support across all 3rd party integrations. Key Accountabilities
Provide specialised subject matter expertise to influence the design, enhancements, and full system utilisation, including advice to enable employees to make the best use of Client’s HR applications Work in collaboration with Lead HR Systems Analyst to further develop and expand on SAP SuccessFactors administration skills and undertake seek new opportunities to upskill knowledge across all modules Support the change management process which includes actively engaging with key stakeholders, structuring and prioritising business requirements and communicating plans with stakeholders for review and approval A key contributor to the creation and maintenance of the PeopleCentral Application Management Plan, including SOPs for day-to-day BAU system admin activities. Responsible for contributing to and supporting the functions risk identification and mitigation processes and controls, including audits of said processes Shared responsibility in conjunction with Lead Systems Analyst for key systems administrative activities that support critical HR processes Establish and maintain a data integrity processes to monitor and analyse data integrity issues and implement solutions to ensure data accuracy (data audits), including integration to CHRIS21 Pro-actively analyse system usage, reports and user experiences to provide insights on system effectiveness, identification of system enhancement opportunities, and further training support Responsible for the investigation and implementation of best practice IT solutions to support the function, including (but not limited to) helpdesk/ service desk solution, change management platform, data integrity and auditing tools for PeopleCentral and CHRIS21 integration analysis Responsible for the PeopleCentral data reporting opportunities including rollout of training to the wider People and Safety team to enable self-service to real time employee data as required to enable quality decision making Develop skillsets to be the integrations specialist across all 3rd party integrations, including working collaboratively with BTS integrations team to resolve issues. Future additions to external integrations will require ongoing focus of processes and new implementations. Provide support and guidance to the People and Safety team for the delivery of end user training, focusing on system processes. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues Collaborating with BTS team to utilise Client’s best practice frameworks for operational processes and governance procedures Provide cover for the Lead HR Systems Analyst role when required Knowledge, Skills & Experience
A tertiary qualification in Information Technology, or equivalent experience in systems administration. SAP Success Factors systems administration experience preferred High level analytical, problem solving and systems process improvement skills Demonstrated ability to communicate (written and verbal) with influence. Innovative approach with proven ability to identify opportunities and analyse data to support design solutions and enhancement opportunities Ability to manage competing, high-priority demands with operational workloads High level of initiative and ability to proactively identify and respond to the needs of stakeholders Strong Customer service skills focusing on building relationships, key stakeholder engagement and improving our employee experiences Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and engage with diverse stakeholders to understand needs and influence development opportunities Manages complexity – high-level problem-solving skills Plans and aligns – Action oriented, Collaborates
