Are you looking for part-time social media and administration work with flexible hours in a fast-paced agency in Fortitude Valley?

We have an exciting in-house opportunity for the right person. 

If you're a social media expert with a sharp eye for detail, creativity, and problem-solving abilities, and you're comfortable handling phone calls and paperwork, we’d love to hear from you.

About You

  • You have some experience in social media management and content creation.
  • You’re friendly, creative, and great at communication.
  • You’re comfortable asking for help, as well as taking initiative in overcoming problems.
  • You have some previous experience in client relations, customer service, and other administrative duties.
  • You’re eager to get your foot in the door with digital marketing.
  • You’re looking for a part-time job that will give you the freedom of a flexible schedule to suit your needs.
  • You’re great at multi-tasking, staying organised, and don’t mind switching gears and wearing different hats throughout the day.

What We Are Looking For

  • Foundational knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Experience with content scheduling platforms and Meta is beneficial, but not essential!
  • Confidence in turning feedback into solutions.
  • Excellent phone etiquette with friendly, calm, and effective communication skills.
  • Commitment to precision and accuracy with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration with team members and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generating and managing content for compelling social media posts; maintaining clear branding and tone across various accounts.
  • Compiling data and generating reports and offering recommendations on organic social media campaigns.
  • Answering phone calls and inbound enquiries while maintaining friendly and calm communication.
  • Maintaining and updating information.
  • Following up on client billing and other miscellaneous tasks.
  • Demonstrating exceptional problem-solving and time-management skills.
  • Keeping up to date with developments in social media trends.
  • Foster close collaboration with Account Managers and internal team.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously.
  • Assist in compiling marketing proposals and documentation.
