Certex is a small and growing compliance and auditing business operating from Moorabbin VIC. We manage services across Australia and New Zealand. We're a close-knit team with a great, supportive culture. We work hybrid both in the office and at home. The Role 

We're looking for someone to join our team to support the business with social media and marketing coordination. This means a varied role in multiple areas of marketing. A comprehensive marketing plan and content plan is managed by the General Manager, and you would draft articles and social media posts as set out by the planner. 

The role is for a part-time/casual position working around 10-20 hours per week.  

Main tasks include: 

  • Writing social media posts and creating graphics on Coda 
  • Scheduling articles and social media posts to be released (using Buffer or other programs) 
  • Graphic design for social media, articles, websites or other projects using Canva 
  • Research and write articles for the newsletters (topics provided by the marketing plan) 
  • Coordinate webinars/podcasts to be recorded, edit footage and package for use 
  • Coordinate events and assist in running them (as needed)  
  • Monitor the company social media accounts  
  • Maintain and update the company website as needed 
  • General administration tasks as needed (e.g. assisting to answer inbound calls) 

You could be great for this job if you have: 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisation skills 
  • Can work well in a team and can manage your own workload and time 
  • Good initiative 
  • Intermediate computer skills to use programs like Coda, Canva, Buffer, LinkedIn, Squarespace, Campaign Monitor etc.
