Job Description - Stores Officer

Novotel Sydney Darling Square which is conveniently located amongst Sydney’s CBD, Darling Harbour, Darling Square and ICC precincts is the perfect location for guests whether they’re travelling for business, leisure, or both. We are currently looking for a Stores Officer to join us on a Part Time basis.

Job Description

Reporting to our Purchasing Manager you will be

  • Responsible for receiving and dispensing stock throughout the Hotel and loading dock.
  • You will need to maintain an accurate inventory and record of Hotel stock, and will be required to utilise Purchase Plus to update invoices.
  • In addition to these duties you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the loading dock, stores and surrounding areas.

 

Qualifications

  • You will be a highly organised individual who thrives working within a team environment as well as autonomously.
  • You will be someone prides yourself on your strong communication skills and efficient problem-solving skills.
  • You will have a keen eye for detail and enjoy bringing order to things.
  • You will ideally have previous stores experience and working knowledge of Purchase Plus
