Subway Manager (Byron Bay VIC) - Part-Time

We're looking for a Manager to join our group!

Role

• Day to day Subway operation
• Determining special promotions, stock levels and service standards
• Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices
• Depending on market trends, holiday periods and special events.
• Promoting and advertising the establishmen's goods and services
• Maintaining records of stock levels and manage financial transactions
• Discuss business strategy with head office and undertake budgeting for the store
• Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
• Train team (employees) in business standards and policies.

Salary

Skills and experience

• Experience working at Subway/ manager or supervisor experience
• Positive, energetic and hardworking
• Good customer service skill
• Basic computer knowledge
