About Orange Sky

Their work ensures that every wash, shower and conversation is backed by the resources and partnerships needed to keep Orange Sky vans and volunteers on the road.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Orange Sky’s Fundraising and Partnerships team as the Supporter Experience Coordinator. Your mission is to enhance retention and maximize the lifetime value of our supporters across Australia and New Zealand. Your primary accountability is the technical mapping and building of personalized supporter journeys, ensuring every touchpoint via email, SMS, and phone is timely, relevant, and deeply engaging.
You will proactively identify opportunities to elevate the donor experience through system improvements, integrations, and migrations. Working hand in hand with the Salesforce & Systems Coordinator, you’ll implement changes that sharpen data quality and boost automation. Reporting into the Fundraising and Partnerships team, your role is pivotal in ensuring our technical infrastructure delivers seamless, inspiring journeys that align with Orange Sky’s mission and impact goals.
