We are currently seeking part-time experienced Surveillance Operators to monitor all areas of the Casino and ensure Crown’s operational activities are conducted to the highest level of integrity. 

Reporting to the Surveillance Operations Manager  you will be part of a highly skilled team and have the opportunity to take your surveillance capabilities to the next level within such a diverse & broad environment whilst being exposed to different technologies that are unique to the role. 

Some responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:

• Operate as a qualified and competent Surveillance Operator with specific focus towards live monitoring of all gaming and cash handling activities within the business
• Coordinate response to emergency situations and assist in maintaining the safety of staff and customers
• Reporting any illegal or suspicious activity observed
• Providing exceptional customer service to all stakeholders
• Supporting Managers across the business to assist them with operational concerns and requests for assistance

To be successful, you will need: 

• Previous experience as a Surveillance Operator within a casino environment/control room
• Sharp observation/analytical skills and attention to detail
• High level of integrity, time management and written/verbal communication skills  
• Ability to commit to 12-hour shifts, across a 24/7 rotating roster (weekend availability required)
• The ability to obtain, hold and maintain a Casino Special Employee Licence
