Job Description - Teacher Aide - Eight Mile Plains State School, Education

About the Role

The key responsibilities of the role are to:

Implement adjustments to learning as planned by the classroom teachers

Work with small groups and individual students to deliver planned learning activities

Support students with a disability to achieve their individual learning goals

Support students social and emotional needs

Work collaboratively with the Inclusion Team to deliver educational and wellbeing outcomes for students

About You

The ideal candidate is able to:

Communicate effectively and respectfully with a range of students with diverse needs

Be responsive, flexible and adaptable to the needs of the students and school routines

Collaborate with staff to achieve shared goals

Take initiative and problem-solve
