Team Leader - Perth Airport - Get Hired Fast - Part-Time

We're seeking hospitality professionals on a part-time basis, with a capacity to lead from the front and who shares our belief in the highest customer service standards.

As a Food & Beverage Team Leader, you possess a genuine passion for inspiring and motivating the team to consistently deliver outstanding service, creating memorable moments for our guests. Your leadership sets a benchmark for professionalism and work ethic.

Requirements

• Previous team leader or supervisory experience within a fast paced, volume driven outlet is essential 
• Passion for the hospitality industry, customer-focused, energetic, and self-motivated
• Experience in mobilising the workforce, training and/or developing team members
• Ability to adhere to compliance and operational requirements
• Ability to drive change and implement upselling/promotional programs
• Effective communication skills with customers and colleagues; a team player
• Respect for equality and a commitment to workplace culture and safety
• Flexibility to a work a variety of shifts over a 7 day a week roster including morning, days and nights
• Reliable own transport as some shifts are not supported by public transport to and/or from the airport

 Qualifications

• Approved Managers Card
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
• Food Safety Certificate or willing to obtain at onboarding
• A Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality Management is desirable, but not essential
