We require a person to work 3 days per week who displays some characteristics of an entrepreneur. They like to work autonomously and are constantly on the look out for new opportunities. It is natural for them to own their territory. The territory has an established customer base with potential to connect with new customers. This territory extends north from Perth to Geraldton, south to Albany and east to Kalgoorlie.  It has a regional trip  as part of the call cycle which includes a night away. It is highly desirable that the successful candidate lives within the Perth Fremantle area. 

What will you do?

• Leverage data & insights to drive sales with our retailers Pharmacy and Health Food.
• Be budget focused. 
• Drive market share growth.
• Grow distribution and improve instore visibility
• Sell in and manage compliance of marketing and sales activations in banners and buying groups.
• Provide industry and product knowledge to retailers within your territory with a focus on category sustainability & profitability.
• Execute trade promotions in line with State and National targets/priorities
• Drive your professional development to ready yourself for your next challenge within M&P
• Takes personal accountability for achieving individual and shared goals.
• Build long term business relationships

The following is highly desired:

• Ideally, experienced in FMCG/OTC for at least 1- 2 years of sales experience
• Good rational decision making and problem solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team and results driven
• Loves to Sell 
• Accredited sales courses would be deemed desirable

An experienced and knowledgeable pharmacy or health food retail staff member who is keen to move into sales may be considered

This role reports to the National Sales Team Leader and they will join a team of Territory Managers around the country.

The salary package includes a pro rata annualized salary, superannuation, a car allowance, staff discounts ,expense allowance and a three tiered bonus scheme.
