Nobul is working with a reputable family-owned Building Approval & Planning company dedicated to providing effective and reliable services to clients throughout QLD. Being around for over 10 years with their main specialities in pools and residential builds in the Bayside & Brisbane Inner Suburbs region, it’s time for the business to expand. Our client is on the lookout for a Town Planner to join their team on a part-time basis with future growth in the company.

You will play a crucial role in delivering a high level of quality and technical service, inspirational ideas, strategic planning, and genuine collaboration to new and existing projects.

About you:

• Appropriate level of qualification in Town Planning, Urban & Regional Planning or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar town planning/development role is desirable but not necessary.
• Excellent verbal & written communication, leadership, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of Local and State Government legislation and regulations.
