The role

Security is a highly skilled team, playing an important part in making Crown a welcoming place for our guests through maintaining a culture of care and excellence.



Crown Perth offer the opportunity to sign up to our 3-week training school to complete your Certificate II in Security Operations. After successful completion of the course, you will be invited to interview with our Security Management team to obtain a job as a part time Security Officer.

Our course date runs from Monday 20th October to 7th November 2025 (Monday - Friday)



In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and identities. You'll bring:

• Checking ID and ensuring patrons adhere to dress code.
• Addressing undesirable behaviour.
• Escorting staff and patrons to vehicles when required.
• Preventing violent and disorderly behaviour.
• Assisting patrons who wish to be self-barred from the Casino.
• Providing support in medical emergencies.
• Assisting in the transfers of money and chips.

About you

You’ll bring the following:

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to defuse potential conflict.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced and busy environment.

This role requires you to attend a Training School which runs for 3 weeks from Monday 20th October 2025, Monday - Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm) and you must be deemed competent in all parts of training to successfully graduate from the course. Full attendance during the 3-week course is essential.

Course Fee: $875

Applicants must be 18 years of age or over prior to enrolling.

We are currently offering part time (32 - 64) hours per fortnight positions.
