Tasks

• Engage in weekly training and development sessions via Zoom
• Generate leads, build a strong network, and nurture valuable, long-term relationships
• Utilise various platforms for marketing - we provide detailed training and support
• Conduct professional conversations with qualified applicants through a scripted interview process
• Build your own team and provide them with the training and mentorship they need to achieve their goals

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience, whether as an independent entrepreneur or within a professional organisation
• Familiarity with the basic functionalities of social media platforms, such as LinkedIn and Facebook
• Wonderful verbal communication skills, both over the phone and through Zoom
• Have the time to devote to this, 3-4 hours a day
• Have a strong interest in your own personal development and a real desire to support others as they grow
