What You’ll Be Doing:

• Greeting clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism

• Managing phones, bookings, and client enquiries

• Assisting our vets in consults, surgery, and patient care

• Administering medications and supporting recovery

• Keeping the clinic clean, tidy, and well-stocked

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a vet clinic (reception, nursing, or both)

• Great communication skills and a friendly attitude

• Confidence handling animals and speaking with clients

• The ability to stay calm, focused, and organised—even on the busy days

• Someone who values teamwork and enjoys contributing to a positive workplace culture
