We’re seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join the Crown Towers In-Room Dining team in a waitperson role working on a part time basis. 

Please note, this position is for permanent night and overnight shifts.

 

In this role, you’ll provide joyful dining experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

• Providing excellent customer service 
• Ensuring guest satisfaction through time management and multi-tasking 
• Strong attention to detail through both service and menu knowledge

About you



You’ll bring the following:

• A passion for customer service 
• Ability to work on permanent night and overnight shifts
• Ability to communicate with FOH and BOH teams 
• Reliability and a trustworthy attitude
• Excellent time management skills

To be successful, you’ll:

• Hold or willing to obtain a current RSA certificate.

This role requires you to: 

• Have previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
• Be available to work night & overnight shifts
• Hold full working rights
