Business Development Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Owens-Illinois, a leading glass container manufacturer, is currently seeking a part-time Business Development Associate to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely and is ideal for entry-level professionals with at least 1 year of experience in business development or related fields.

Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue for the company - Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and potential clients - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as customers, suppliers, and partners - Collaborate with the sales team to create effective strategies for business expansion - Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients to secure new business deals - Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and make data-driven decisions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Passionate about driving business growth and achieving sales targets - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Strong people management and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
