Business Development Associate - Remote Work

UGI, a leading company in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, is seeking a motivated and driven Business Development Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work position, allowing the successful candidate to work from the comfort of their own home.

As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for UGI. This will involve researching potential clients, attending networking events, and reaching out to key decision makers in various industries. You will need to build relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and present UGI's solutions in a compelling way.

Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries to target - Reach out to potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events - Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers in target industries - Present UGI's products and services to potential clients in a compelling and persuasive manner - Work closely with the sales team to generate leads and convert them into new business opportunities - Meet and exceed sales targets to drive revenue growth for UGI - Provide regular updates on sales activities and progress to the management team

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in business development or sales - Driven and confident personality traits - Strong people management and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
