Business Development Associate

Job Description:

Visteon is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for individuals who are looking to kickstart their career in business development. Responsibilities: 1. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities. 2. Assist in the development of business strategies and plans to maximize growth and profitability. 3. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals. 4. Support the sales team in pitching products and services to potential clients. 5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction. 6. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify gaps and opportunities for business expansion.

Requirements: 1. Resourceful and reliable individual with a strong work ethic. 2. Excellent leadership and innovation skills. 3. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required). 6. No prior experience required.
