Remote Business Development Associate

Job Description:

Occidental Petroleum is seeking a motivated and dynamic Remote Business Development Associate to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, this role is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company's market presence. 2. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners through effective communication and networking efforts. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to develop business proposals, presentations, and pitches to secure new business opportunities. 4. Track and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for growth and improvement. 5. Assist in the development and implementation of business development plans and strategies to meet company objectives. 6. Utilize problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and barriers in the business development process. 7. Work closely with senior executives to achieve business development targets and goals.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients, partners, and team members. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proven track record of adaptability and hard work in previous roles or projects. 5. Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail. 6. Knowledge of business development strategies and techniques. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. 8. Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
