Business Development Associate - Work from home

Job Description: PPG Industries is currently seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. This position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking - Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners - Collaborate with internal teams to create effective sales strategies and proposals - Present and pitch company products and services to potential clients - Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities - Prepare reports and presentations on sales performance and progress towards targets - Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company and build a professional network

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - 2+ years of experience in business development or a similar role - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Creativity and critical thinking abilities - Proven track record of achieving sales targets - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
