Business Development Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Autoliv, a global leader in automotive safety technology, is seeking a part-time Business Development Associate to work from home in Perth, Western Australia. This role is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or related fields.

Responsibilities: 1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth for Autoliv. 2. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders. 3. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to meet company objectives. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives. 5. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies. 6. Prepare and deliver presentations to pitch products and services to potential clients. 7. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress towards goals.

Requirements: 1. Confident and independent individual with strong communication and negotiation skills. 2. Adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. 3. Experience in people management and team collaboration. 4. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. 5. Proven track record in business development or sales roles. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 7. Ability to work effectively in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
