Online Business Development Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking an Online Business Development Associate to join Dollar Tree's team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in business development and a passion for driving growth in an online retail environment.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic plans to drive online sales and expand market reach - Identify new business opportunities through market research and analysis - Build and maintain relationships with partners and vendors to enhance product offerings - Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize online marketing campaigns - Monitor key performance indicators and adjust strategies as needed - Provide support for customer service and online sales inquiries - Analyze sales data to make data-driven decisions to improve business performance - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive analysis

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 3+ years of experience in online business development - Passionate about driving growth and achieving results - Resourceful and able to think outside the box - Strong people management skills - Adaptability to changing market conditions - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and online analytics tools
