Additional Information:
• These roles are Permanent Part-time, 40hrs/Fortnight.
• As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts, where the spread of hours will be between 8:00am to 9:30pm. You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).

As Sales Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Engaging and assist customers in understanding their needs and providing your knowledge on IKEA products and services to support their purchasing decisions.
• Actively participating in selling products with a positive attitude and contribute to business goals and growth.
• Maintaining a clean and organised sales area, ensuring all products are properly priced and fully stocked.
• Building strong relationships with your team and other departments to promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

• Able to prioritise multiple tasks and are comfortable with on-the-job physical activity.
