The Opportunity Located in Burwood,  Fountain Court Retirement Living is a well-established community and tranquil garden paradise enclave in the heart of Burwood. As a passionate people person, you will be responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of our gardens and building fixtures within the community. Working closely with Community Manager and the residents, you will ensure our gardens, grounds, building and fixtures are well maintained, presentable and safe for all to enjoy. The ideal candidate needs to be friendly, approachable to residents, have the ability to work autonomously and be the "Jack of all Trades" when it comes to gardening.  This is a Part-Time position working 2days a week (Week 1= Monday & Friday), (Week 2= Monday & Thursday) from 07.00-16.00 You will Attend to various gardening requests to create a safe & pleasant environment for residents, visitors and staff Be responsible for the maintenance of all village gardens including weeding, mowing, hedging, pruning, mulching and green waste removal Ensure all community spaces are appealing and safe for our community and visitors Maintain effective working relationships with maintenance contractors and suppliers Carry out preventative maintenance tasks around the community as per schedules  Complete additional adhoc tasks delegated to you by Community Leaders Build strong relationships with our residents and enjoy helping them to live their best lives with well-maintained areas.
