Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of business requirements related to Customer Master Data
Perform a “fresh eyes” review of functionalities developed in Athena
Cross-check Athena functionalities against existing legacy systems and the current system landscape
Compare findings with Group requirements (initially RBRO)
Develop concrete and actionable solution proposals, including:
definition of minimal required attributes
recommended workflows
dentification of risks and pitfalls
Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders across different countries
Develop strategies to standardize and optimize customer data processes
Provide recommendations on data architecture, governance, and long-term target design
Required Skills & Experience
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Proven experience in delivering comparable studies, assessments, or transformation projects
Experience in designing and implementing large-scale, cross-country business and data solutions
Deep understanding of Customer Master Data and related business processes
Experience working with legacy systems and complex system ecosystems
Solid knowledge of data governance and best practices in Customer Master Data Management
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to structure and clearly articulate complex topics
High level of independence and result-oriented working style
Strong focus on delivering tangible, actionable outcomes (beyond slide decks)
