Deine Rolle im Team

• ... you will have the unique opportunity to build our infrastructure on a greenfield using AWS as infrastructure as code (currently we use terraform) for our developers as well as production systems.
• ... you are passionate about enabling our developers to ship our products as fast as possible in the best possible quality (aka CI/CD pipelines).
• ... you enjoy building as many services as self-service as possible for our developers so that they can focus on the product and you can focus on keeping everything stable (e.g. leveraging AWS service catalog).
• ... you attach great importance to work closely with the teams to ensure uninterrupted operations for our customers.
• ... you are building up logging and alerting systems to enable us to react quickly if an incident happens.
• ... supporting various teams (developing with C, Java, JavaScript, Docker, etc.) on deploying their applications to production is in the best hands with you.

Unsere Erwartungen an dich:

Qualifikationen

• You know how to build CI/CD pipelines using gitlab, Jenkins, or similar (we are using gitlab).
• Certification for AWS (e.g. Solution Architect or SysOps Administrator) is no buzzword for you.
• You are familiar with building infrastructure as code.
• Setting up and running alerting and monitoring systems such as Prometheus, ELK, or similar belong to your passions.
• Defining backup and disasters strategies & implementing them are your hobbyhorse.

Erfahrung

• You have at least 5 years of experience in running stable production systems for end consumer-facing systems.
• You also bring experience with Kubernetes (we are using EKS).
