EFL trainer Summer

Details of Position

As a Summer EFL Trainer with the GET Academy, you'll have the opportunity to be part of an exciting educational organisation. Duties include:
Teach 29 units per week at Summer projects across Austria, implementing our innovative, communicative method
Motivate, engage and inspire your students
Communicate with your Project Lead to ensure cohesive delivery of our immersive English projects
Travel between campus and project locations
Ensure integrity of project paperwork and administrative procedures

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be an native- level English speaker, hold a TEFL qualification and have experience that demonstrates both a genuine talent for working with children and teaching skills:
TEFL qualification
Minimum of 200 hours classroom experience.
Experience using a communicative approach to language teaching
Experience working with young learners
Working rights for Europe is required
Experience in a Summer Camp or Sports coaching setting is also desirable Successful candidates must complete a mandatory training session before the contract begins. This training includes observations and teacher training workshops and will take place 8th - 12th July 2024 with the official contract start date on 15th July until 30th August 2024.

Salary and Benefits

Salaries are calculated based on qualifications and relevant experience, starting at 1800 (euros) gross p/m based on a 30 hour per week contract.
