Job Title: Employee Relations Specialist

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Handle employee relations issues such as conflicts grievances and disciplinary actions.
• Conduct thorough and objective investigations into employee complaints and allegations.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters.
• Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Promote a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal state and local employment laws and regulations.
• Mediate disputes and facilitate conflict resolution processes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee relations cases.
• Provide training and development on employee relations topics to managers and staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Employee Relations Specialist or in a similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problemsolving and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Experience in conducting investigations and writing reports.
