Job Title: Employment Compilance

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and interpret federal state and local employment laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Advise HR and management on compliancerelated issues.
• Develop and deliver training programs on employment laws and company policies.
• Investigate and resolve compliancerelated complaints and issues.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of compliance activities.
• Prepare and submit required compliance reports to regulatory agencies.
• Ensure all employee handbooks and policy documents are uptodate and compliant.
• Assist in the development of risk management strategies related to employment compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Law or a related field.
• Proven experience in employment compliance or a similar role.
• Indepth knowledge of federal state and local employment laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
