Who Are you?

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a field operations or service delivery environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Experience in establishing and managing operational processes and KPIs to drive performance and efficiency.

What are you going to do?

• Supervise and lead all stages and units of the Fleet Operations in Vienna.
• Establish result-based operational processes and manage teams' KPIs to ensure performance targets are met.
• Conduct staff planning, supervise employee performance, and effectively manage subordinate teams.
• Motivate employees to increase their performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Provide consistent, effective, and open communication to ensure alignment and collaboration across teams and departments.
