Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Front Office Assistant (all genders) to support us at our main office in Vienna on a part-time basis (25 hours).
As a Front Office Assistant at svarmony, you are the first point of contact for customers and business partners on the phone and at reception. You have fun and talent in dealing with organisational and administrative matters, can coordinate travel well, are reliable and speak fluent German and English?
Initial experience at the front desk and in office management
Completed commercial training at Matura level
Pleasure in dealing with people
Reliability and accurate work ethic
Professional and friendly appearance
Strong communication skills, open and committed personality
Independent, well organised and structured way of working
High degree of initiative and flexibility
Excellent MS Office skills
Fluent English and very good written and spoken German skills
Organisation of the front desk for the entire office incl. reception & hospitality of customers
Professionally answering and transferring incoming telephone calls
Administration and ordering of office materials, catering and inventory
Incoming/outgoing mail incl. distribution and processing of return mail
Cash management and administration of invoices
Billing information
Telephone and mail exchange as well as management of incoming and outgoing mail
Management and organisation of national and international business trips (visas, flights, accommodation, rental cars, etc…)
Administrative and organisational tasks in the front office area
Your entry level and starting salary will depend on your experience. To be considered for this position, please send us your application with CV and earliest possible starting date.
