Your new adventure

• Management and further development of the “Facility Services, Plant Law and Environment” team
• Development and implementation of cleaning management at the site
• Monitoring and communicating official regulations in the context of facility law, including authority management
• Implementation of strategic occupancy planning and room concepts
• Overall responsibility for fleet management (pool vehicles) and development of new standards
• Strategic alignment, planning, monitoring, administration and documentation of environmental and safety standards (incl. waste legislation), as well as setting up an efficient energy monitoring and management system
• Support and coordination of various CSR activities and interface function between BRP-Rotax and the BRP head office

Your experiences and skills

• Completed technical vocational training with several years of professional experience in facility management
• Initial experience in employee management
• Knowledge of project management, plant and environmental law
• Very good German and good English skills
• Independent working style and analytical, critical way of thinking
• Organized and communicative team player 

We offer

You will be offered an exciting position in an international companywith many interesting benefits and diverse development opportunities. The minimum salary for this position is EUR 57,578,92 gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer an attractive and performance-related salary with corresponding overpayment.
