Job Title: Healthcare IT Project Manager

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple healthcare IT projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope objectives timelines and resource allocation.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Facilitate communication between technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Conduct postproject evaluations and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards (e.g. HIPAA).

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Healthcare Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of healthcare IT systems including EHRs EMRs and other healthcare technologies.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience.
• Excellent knowledge of project management software tools (e.g. Microsoft Project JIRA).
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in healthcare regulations and compliance requirements (e.g. HIPAA).
