Job Title: Human Capital Management Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement human capital strategies that support business objectives.
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to design employee development programs.
• Create and manage performance management processes.
• Oversee talent acquisition and retention initiatives.
• Implement and maintain HR systems and technologies.
• Conduct employee engagement surveys and develop action plans based on results.
• Provide guidance on organizational design and workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Human Capital Management Specialist or similar role.
• Strong understanding of HR practices labor laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in HRIS and other HR technologies.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
