• Active support of employees in digital meetings such as Zoom, Teams
• Responsibility for local IT requests as well as for Veeva, asset, access and configuration management
• Coordination and responsibility for the daily local IT service (2nd level support)
• according to the global IT service management standards
• Execution responsibility of local IT compliance and GxP process workflows.
• Responsibility for updating Knowledge Base Articles and Manuals
• Evaluation of service provision/ requirements of IT Education and trainings
• Active support in the implementation IT education and training of employees
• CRM Database administration, report creation / Data Analytics and Customer Support
• Support in the implementation and management of local and global IT projects as per set area of responsibility and in particular service activities.
• Active participation in the continuous improvement of local IT services, solutions, and trainings.
• Responsibility for local IT service and process documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent German and English language proficiency

• Good knowledge in the client area and applications, e.g., Windows 10 & 11, Office365 Suite, Adobe Suites, and iOS
• Good knowledge of support ticketing systems, e.g., Zendesk, ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk
• Basic knowledge in the server area, e.g., virtualization, Windows Server 2012
• Good knowledge of digital meeting platforms like Zoom, Teams

Erfahrung

• 2-3 years of experience in an IT service and support role in similar Matrix / larger Cooperation
• Experience in CRM software such as Salesforce or Veeva is an advantage
• Experience with IT service management methodologies like ITIL v3 is an advantage
• Experience with agile working methods (SCRUM, KANBAN, Lean) is an advantage

Ausbildung

• Degree in IT Technology / Computer Science
• Equivalent Vocational Education
