Transaktionen mit oder ohne MA Hintergrund Weiterentwicklung interner Prozesse, Richtlinien und Schulungen auf Basis rechtlicher und regulatorischer Anforderungen Who we are looking for Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Rechtswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsrecht oder vergleichbar Mindestens 5 Jahre Arbeitserfahrung mit Schwerpunkt Vertragsrecht als Inhouse Counsel in einem Industrieunternehmen und/oder in einer Rechtsanwaltskanzlei Kenntnisse im IP-Recht (Lizenzvertragsrecht, Förderverträge) sowie wirtschaftliche Zusatzausbildung bzw. Step 2 Online application You simply register on our applicant portal and receive access data with which you log in.
