Arbeitsbeschreibung - Sales Order Coordinator

We are a specialty vaccine company that develops, manufactures, and commercializes prophylactic vaccines for infectious diseases addressing unmet medical needs.

We have leveraged our expertise and capabilities both to commercialize three vaccines, including the world’s first and only chikungunya vaccine, and to rapidly advance a broad range of vaccine candidates into and through the clinic, including candidates against Lyme disease and Zika.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will support our Supply Chain Management Team with various sales-order related tasks:

  • Processing sales orders within the Valneva ERP system efficiently and accurately for intercompany/commercial products
  • Scheduling the sales orders according to the given due dates
  • Making outgoing calls/meetings to Valneva entities to resolve any issues or for clarification of information relating to their orders
  • Ensure that the master data relating to sales order creation is updated with customer information, including address changes, pricing, tax codes
  • Ensure that all transactions are SOX-compliant
  • Inventory/sales reconciliation with 3PLs (according to internal control proceedings)

Requirements

  • High School Degree with administrative/financial background (commercial apprenticeship, HAK/HAK-Kolleg, ...)
  • Previous experience (1-3 years) with administrative duties in a customer service environment
  • Commercial handling of sales orders
  • Profound and advanced MS office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint and MS office), AX2012 as a nice-to-have
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Business fluent in English and German (French is a plus)
  • Communicative, loyal and hands-on personality

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 35.000,- gross per year based on full-time employment. However our salaries are market oriented and in line with your qualifications and experience.
