WHO YOU ARE

You will contribute to operations and the development of the Service Fulfilment organization, both directly and through the work with the assigned service partner(s) with a customer-centric and collaborative approach in focus.

• You are eager and self-driven to constantly develop and demonstrates a willingness to develop skills and effective ways of working to benefit IKEA and business growth.

• You have the ability to act within the global framework in order to achieve local/market/organization goals.

• In planning and maintaining work processes you have an end-to-end approach, and you possess the ability to apply strategic and analytical process-oriented thinking.

• For this role you should have a university degree in preferred Logistics, Economics, business administration or relevant work experience.

• You bring with you minimum 2-4 years working experience from supply chain/store/customer relations on operational and/or tactical level.

• You have experience of project management and working in a fast-changing environment.

• You are comfortable in communication and presenting in German and English and have proven analytical and numerical skills.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role you will contribute to create the right prerequisites in the organization to enable the growth agenda and secure the Group and market Customer Fulfilment agenda. You will be the main speaking partner for the assigned service partner(s). The assignments require some travelling.

You will be responsible for

• securing high performing daily operations connected to service fulfilment through the performance of the assigned service partner(s)

• short-, mid-term and long-term operational development of assigned service partner(s)

• ensuring short and mid-term capacities with your Service Partner in correlation with given forecast

• actively building networks, encourage clear communication and cooperation with service partners and other IKEA stakeholders (Service Business Leader, CSC, CDC, Customer Relations etc.)

• leading or takeing part in projects and/or meetings representing Service Fulfilment AT including the execution and follow up of agreed/signed contracts including IWAY and for minor negotiations

• contributing to the work of the Operations Specialist with relevant follow ups and reports and secure that IT solutions are maintained and updated

• promoting and stimulating entrepreneurial orientation within the assigned service partner(s) or service partner(s) in an assigned geographical area to bring development and innovation ideas to Service Fulfilment and total IKEA

• the implementation of the Customer Fulfilment sustainability agenda for Service Fulfilment through the work with the assigned service partner(s)

For this fulltime position we offer you a monthly gross salary starting from € 2.824,- (on fulltime base). We are willing to pay significantly more depending on experience and qualification with an ALL-IN contractual agreement.
