Your Tasks

• Lead the creation of detailed technical designs within a big ServiceNow implementation project.
• Serve as an expert advisor for the roadmap planning and product backlog prioritization.
• Mature architectural solutions to meet high cross functional requirements.
• Transfer technical and functional requirements into the product backlog.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders such as external implementation partners and internal system capability teams to implement ServiceNow applications.
• Provide guidance and support to ServiceNow administrators and developers.

Your Profile

• Degree in computer science, informatics or related disciplines and 3+ years experience with ServiceNow, with a broad working knowledge of the platform’s capabilities and the applications that run on it.
• Solid skills in ServiceNow solution design and architecture and p roven experience in developing ServiceNow integrations and workflows.
• Experience with advanced scripting in the ServiceNow platform (JavaScript) and e xtensive ServiceNow Administration Experience.
• Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and processes and experience with working in agile teams.
• ServiceNow certification (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Technical Architect, Certified Master Architect) or ITIL certification is a plus.
• Fluency in English and basic German skills.

• A minimum salary of €53.592,00 gross per year is provided for the position of “Expert:in IT Projekt-/Programmmanagement” (according to the collective agreement in the field of automatic data processing and information technology). Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, an overpayment above the collective agreement level from € 65.000,- (All In) gross per year for 38,5 hours per week is provided.
